We are Celebrating 10 years: 2010-2020

This week marks the 10 year anniversary of Convergence Partners - and wow, what a journey!

We had a view on how executive recruitment should happen and in 2010 we set out to build something genuinely different. Since then our reputation has grown and so have we, but the founding principles of Convergence Partners have stayed intact. We have done, and continue to do everything possible to be an expert, an agent of change, a trusted voice and a receptive ear in the niche markets we operate in.

We have worked with some of the most fascinating and demanding organisations - from small start-ups to large global multinationals - along the way helping over 1,300 people into a new career.

Reaching 10 years in business is an important milestone for any company and we are very proud of what we have achieved during this time. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our success story, who advocated for us, who provided us with opportunities, who challenged us and who welcomed us to the table.
