A big thank you to everyone who attended our Adaptive Leadership breakfast session at Hotel Britomart yesterday morning!

It was fantastic to hear from our guest speakers, Heather Polglase (People, Culture and Ways of Working Director at Spark), and Roz McCay (Co-Founder of Tirama, and Spark’s Leadership Development Expert Designer, Partner and Coach), who are spearheading a future where business is flourishing and work is meaningful.

The way we design and run organisations is being constantly disrupted and challenged, and this insight-packed event provided a great opportunity to explore ways we can fuel, grow and accelerate leaders to drive strategic value.
